Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' telephone and email enquiries and issues related to the usage of software packages and services
  • Conduct product training to customers
  • Perform product testing and other misc. administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or equivalent. Applicants with lower education background but with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office applications, internet and Chinese word processing
  • Good team player and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

 

 


Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct presales presentation and demonstration
  • Handle customers' enquiries on software products and services
  • Perform on site technical and training services
  • User requirement gathering and software testing

Requirement:

  • Degree holder or equivalent. Major in IT/MIS related disciplines preferred but not essential
  • 1-2 years of IT experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and willing to learn
