Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' telephone and email enquiries and issues related to the usage of software packages and services
- Conduct product training to customers
- Perform product testing and other misc. administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or equivalent. Applicants with lower education background but with relevant experience will also be considered
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office applications, internet and Chinese word processing
- Good team player and willing to learn
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Product Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct presales presentation and demonstration
- Handle customers' enquiries on software products and services
- Perform on site technical and training services
- User requirement gathering and software testing
Requirement:
- Degree holder or equivalent. Major in IT/MIS related disciplines preferred but not essential
- 1-2 years of IT experience
- Strong computer skills
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and willing to learn
